1. General terms for online placement of the advertisement.
Hors B.V., the owner of Citycatalogue portals, offers online services for the placement of the advertising to the client, hereinafter advertiser, on condition that the advertiser will read and agree with the contents of the present agreement. Hors B.V. does not take any responsibility if the users understood wrong the rules and principles of the functioning of the system. If you are not going to accept our conditions, please do not use this site.

2. Formats of accepted advertisment:
GIF, JPEG, SWF (banners)
Maximum "weight" of banners:
- 728x90 px – 70 KB.
- 468x60 px - 40 KB.
- 160x600 px - 100 KB.
Text advertising should not exceed:
- in “banner text” field - 100 symbols;
- in “contact information” field - 100 symbols.

Banner requirements
- banner frame rate should not exceed 30 shots per seconds.
- banner background should not exceed 25 percent of total area of the advertising block.
- banner should not be often and intensively blinking, irritating an eye.
- banner should have visible borders (led round in a framework, not coinciding with a color of a background).

3. Terms and conditions of advertising payment
The advertising will be placed on the platforms selected by the Advertiser online and on the pages of the town or city where the object is situated. Up to 3 banners can be on rotation within a single advertising platform. The Advertiser saw the preview of the advertisement (text/ banner) and approved it. The Advertiser understands and agrees that after the payment the banner, the content, the image of the advertisement, sections, pages, city, language or any other parameters cannot be modified of changed. Amendments of the places advertisement are not possible. The administration of Hors B.V. has no right to make any changes in the advertisement.
If your advertisement is placed on the page of the capital of the country it will be viewed on the page of the country as well. The exposures will be random then.

The costs of the advertisement campaign will be calculated automatically by selecting the number of impressions and other selected by the Advertiser parameters. The Advertiser will see a notice indicating the exact amount of the charge in the order form before the selection of the payment method.

By accepting these terms the Advertiser authorizes Hors B.V. to charge his/her credit card with the displayed amount as non-refundable payment for the online placement of the advertisement. The credit card you use to make a reservation is to be legally yours or you must be legally authorized to use it. By accepting of current terms the Advertiser confirms that he/she is authorized to use the given credit card.

In Advertiser select the Paypal as a payment method, by accepting these terms he/she authorizes Hors B.V. to receive the payment via Paypal and understands that this amount is non-refundable.

If for any reasons the Advertiser wishes to stop earlier or to delete the placed advertisement, the Advertiser agrees that there will be no (partly) refund of the payment.

4. Liability Disclaimer
The Advertiser agrees that he bears full responsibility concerning all content and information in the advertisement. The administration of Hors B.V. does not check reliability, does not bear responsibility for the advertising and-or information announcement and for its conformity to the requirements of the legislation, for infringement of the copyrights, not authorized use of trade marks, names of firms and their logos, and also for possible infringements of the third parties’ rights in connection with advertising placing on Citycatalogue Portal. In case of receipt of the claims from the third parties connected with the placing of advertising, the Administration of Hors B.V. reserves the right to delete advertising materials without the refund of the payment or part of the payment.
Hors B.V. does not assume or guarantee that all the information is up-to-date or fault-free, as our service is based on the information given by the third parties. Hors B.V. cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions. Hors B.V. does not take responsibility for products and services placed and offered by the Advertiser of any third party. Hors B.V. does not accept liability for any loss or damages brought on as a result of use of this site or information from this site. Horse21 does not provide any warranty, express or implied, on 'availability', quality or performance of products and services provided on this site or on sites of affiliate partners using this database.
The administration of Hors B.V. aspires to provide Portal’s trouble-free work, however it does not bear responsibility for insufficient quality or speed of service.
Although Hors B.V. makes every effort to protect the site from virus infection or anything else that may have destructive or damaging properties, Hors B.V. does not provide any warranty or guarantee.
The party considering, that his rights and interests are infringed because of actions of Administration or the third parties in connection with placing of any advertising materials on the Portal, directs the claim on and e-mail address info@citycatalogue.nl and by registered post to the following address: Hors B.V., Strawinskylaan 327, 1077 XX Amsterdam, The Netherlands. After the receiving of those written notification Hors B.V. will try to delete those information, errors or omissions as quickly as possible but cannot accept liability for any material and immaterial damage.

5. Advertising placed on Citycatalogue Portal should not:

- break the current legislation, infringe rights and interests of the third parties protected by the law;
- promote religious, racial hatred, contain attempts of encouraging of hostility or violence;
- promulgate fascism and ideology of the racial superiority;
- have obscene or offensive character;
- contain advertising of narcotic substances, attempts of spreading of drug addiction, recipes of its manufacturing and recommendations about usage;
- contain pornographic images and scenes of pedo-, zoo-, necrophilia and other sexual deviations;
- contain scenes of violence or brutal treatment with animals, etc.;
- contain the description of means and ways of a suicide, any instigations to its fulfillment;
- contain abusive language;
- infringe rights of non-adult persons;
- infringe copyrights and allied rights of the third parties;
- contain materials and-or technical decisions, automatically adding a program code in user’s system or changing system options without the obvious preliminary consent of the user;
- contain computer viruses or programs, capable to interrupt or break normal functioning of the computer equipment, software, and telecommunications of any persons.
In at least one of those rules is not honored, administration of Hors B.V. has a right to delete advertising materials without the prior notification and without refund of the payment or part of the payment.
The administration of Hors B.V. has the right to refuse the Advertiser in advertising placing and also to remove it without prior notification without returning of money if advertising’s content contradicts to the norms of ethics and morals, mismatches current legislation requirements, and contradicts the requirements of the present Agreement and rules of the Administration of the Portal.
Hors B.V. cannot accept liability for the violation of these rules by the Advertisers, but will try to correct any illegal or immoral data, errors or omissions as quickly as possible after its notification.

7. Security Policy
Hors concerns very seriously about the preservation of confidentiality and protection of the information. We apply strict security procedures to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorized access but cannot accept any liability for data misuse and unauthorized access.

• Registration and providing of additional information are voluntary. The given information is used only for improvement of quality of service and information given to you.
• Hors B.V. protects all card holder data which it receives in accordance with the Payment Card Security Standard requirements.
• The information you insert for performance of the booking is protected by SSL technology. This latest most secure technology encrypts all your personal and credit card data. SSL allows your browser to encrypt data automatically before you send it to us.
• Our servers and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. Information which you send to Hors B.V. by e-mail is not secured; that is why do not send sensitive information (like credit cards) by email. If you do it, you accept the risk of it.
• You can know that you are in a zone of secure surfing during processing of the booking - in the bottom part of the client`s browser there is a sign representing a lock. This sign remains there all time while you are in a secure zone of surfing.
• We recommend you if you are not sure your computer is protected enough, check up its protection, by addressing to appropriate experts.

8. Other terms
This site is strictly for private, non-commercial use. You cannot use this site and its subsequent contents for any illegal purpose. Moreover, you may not reproduce, modify, publish, copy, distribute, transfer, display or sell any of content included in this site, without written permission of Hors B.V. obtained in advance.
Hors B.V. reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any terms of these conditions and notices under which this site is offered. Hors B.V. reserves the right of making changes in functioning of the Portal.
The Dutch law is applicable to the whole content of this agreement. You hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts in all disputes arising out of the use of this website.
